Return Policy
We try to make returns as easy as possible. To ensure a smooth return please obtain a Return Authorization before returning any item by calling (520) 682-8928.

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the date on your sales receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling, if those items are returned to us with return shipping prepaid in original and new condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns with shipping C.O.D. or Postage Due.

A 15% restocking charge will be applied to any pigment, binder or medium in quantities larger than 500 grams.

Products "on sale" or otherwise discounted are not returnable, except if damaged or defective.

Any damaged or defective item will be replaced, or a refund issued, including shipping and handling. Please obtain a Return Authorization first.

It is very important to note that due to the risk of product contamination, we cannot accept returns of the following items if they have been opened: pigments, binders and mediums, mica powders and kits.
