Our Micas are very fine powders for use as a finish in any transparent or translucent medium. Mica particles are coated with Titanium Dioxide to create a metallic sheen. Unlike metal powders, our micas are environmentally safe, nontoxic and will never tarnish. They can be flash guilded, mixed with any of our waxes for use on walls or wood, used with translucent polymer clay — anywhere you want a metallic sheen or patina. The possibilities are unlimited.
