Notes for UPS 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select Shipments:

1. Most orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days of receipt.

2. We usually ship UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select orders the business day we get them but we do not guarantee it.

3. Effective May 10, 2021, United Parcel Service, (UPS) has "suspended" their Service Guarantee for UPS 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select services.

This means that if you choose to ship UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select and your shipment fails to arrive in that time frame which begins after it leaves our facility neither UPS nor The Earth Pigments Company will refund your shipping cost as has been customary in the past. That being said, UPS service commitment failures are infrequent and most expedited service orders arrive without delay.

Shipping - US

    We offer the following shipping options for US-bound orders:

  • USPS Priority Mail, (2-3 business days transit)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express, (1-2 business days transit)
  • USPS Ground Advantage, (2-6 business days transit).
  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days transit)
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
    Notes:
  1. UPS services include a Tracking Number which will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you created an account or logged in to your existing account when making an order you can access your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order on the UPS website.
  2. UPS requires a street address for delivery. We cannot ship via UPS to a USPS PO Box.

Shipping - Canada

    We offer the following services for Canada-bound orders:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International, (3-5 business days transit to many major markets).
  • USPS Priority Mail, (6-10 business days transit).
  • USPS First Class International Parcel, (this service is limited to a total package weight of 4 lbs or less. Transit time varies by location, 10-20 business days is common).

  1. Customers are responsible for all tax and/or duty levied by Canadian Customs.
