About The Earth Pigments Company

Located in Tucson, Arizona, The Earth Pigments Company offers the entire line of Earth, Ocher and Mineral pigments from the world famous quarries of The Société des Ocres de France, located in the Provence region of France. All of our pigments, binders, and mediums are safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and free from chromium, cadmium, mercury, tin, arsenic, radium, lead or other hazardous materials.

Our experience selling pigments online began in 2000 when we launched the online store Native American Visions. While pigments comprised a portion of our offerings, we grew increasingly interested in their use outside of Native American-style arts and crafts. In June 2006 we launched The Earth Pigments Company. June 2010 marks our fourth anniversary.
